Wow, so we're already well into the school year now! I have been going through a lot of personal changes lately, and I'd like to talk to them now that I have a moment. The boys have headed back to school, and with that brings earlier bedtimes…for all of us.
Lately, people have been asking if I'm still hitting my fitness goals or if I will still be their coach. Yes, and yes! While I haven't been training, I have been ensuring that we are eating a clean, mostly organic diet at home, doing about 10k steps a day, getting the girls out 4-5 times a week to walk the zoo, and staying active. I have not been training though because my husband has been on leave due to a shoulder surgery, so I'm carrying more weight around the house at the moment.
