I'm going to admit something that many of you will not believe today: I have not been inspired today. I am feeling unmotivated, lazy, and quite frankly, I am exhausted. I have a list of things in my head that I need to do within the next two hours and I'm just not feeling it.
So what do I do when I'm not feeling it?
First of all, I take my vitamins and eat something super healthy. So many times, I was just tired because I needed nutrients to fuel my body! Nutrition is so important in our daily lives, and sadly, so many people out there are not getting what they need on the daily.
