• One can or about 2 cups of Cannellini beans, cooked.
• 2-3 bell peppers, assorted colors, cut however you see fit.
• ⅔ cup of carrots, sliced.
• ⅔ cup of mixed veggies, your choice.
• ¼ cup water.
• Tortilla chips.
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until sauce is created. Pour in dish and serve with chips.
I prefer all ingredients to be organic and use filtered water in my recipe.
